AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF B-2 (RETAIL
AND COMMERCIAL BUSINESS DISTRICT),TO B-5 (RESTAURANT-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SERVICE).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
All that lot,tract or parcel of land legally described as follows:
The northernmost portion of a building located in Lots 5, 7, 8, and 9 in the Washington Square
Addition of the City of Stephenville,Texas, and being identified by GPS coordinates as follows:
NW corner set at 98.2404 W, 32.205206 N
NE corner set at 98.2402 W, 32.205303 N
SW corner set at 98.240344 W, 32.205133 N
SE corner set at 98.24015 W, 32.205231 N
Being commonly identified as 100 Wolfe Nursery Road, Suite 198, Stephenville,Texas.
And it is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of B-2 (Retail and
•••• • Commercial Business District), To B-5 (Restaurant-Alcoholic Beverage Service), in accordance with the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Stephenville.
