April 21, 1965.
The City Council met in called meeting on the above date with Mayor Arthur
presiding and the following Councilmen present.: Roy Swain, Hubert Darby, Bill
Christian, Telefus B. Cawyer and Mrs. Fred McCleskey.
Mr. Taylor Almon appeared before the Council and presented two resolutions
for estimates of Texas Water Wells Inc., and Steed Construction Co.
It was moved by Councilman Christian, seconded by Councilman Swain, to adopt
a resolution approving Estimate No. 6 of Texas Water Wells Inc. for Water Works
Improvements. Motion carried. (Said resolution being attached to and becoming a
part of these minutes).
It was moved by Councilman Darby, seconded by Councilman Swain, to adopt a
resolution approving Estimate No. 3 of Steed Construction Co., for Water Works
Improvements. Motion c.,rried. (Said resolution being attached to and becoming a
part of these minutes).
