The City Council met in a called meeting on the above date with Mayor Arthur
presiding and the 'following Councilmembers present: Robert Herrin, firs. Doyle
White,—Charles Riggins, W. M. Irwin, Telefus Lawyer, Raymond Anderson, and Mrs.
Fred'McCleskey.
City Attorney read and discussed an ordinance amending the city plumbing code.
It was moved by Councilman Cawyer and seconded by Councilman Irwin to adopt an
ordinance amending subsection (10) of section 1, of Article 1 in Chapter 2 of that
certain ordinance of the City of,Stephenville known as the "Plumbing Code" of
the City and providing that this. ordinance shall be effective immediately after
publication as provided by law. Motion carried unanimously. (Said ordinance being
attached to and becoming a part of these minutes).
