The City Council met in a called meeting on the above date with Mayor Arthur pre-
siding and the following council members present: Robert Herrin, Garland Loudermilk,
Charles Riggins, W. M. Irwin, Telefus Cawyer and Raymond Anderson.
It was moved by Councilman Irwin, seconded by Councilman Cawyer, to adopt an
ordinance finding that the city'has received full value for warrants delivered for
the purchase of lots D, E, and F, block 2, City Addition.
Motion carried unanimously. (Said ordinance being attached to and becoming a part
of these minutes.)
