August 13, 1968
The City Council met in a called meeting on the above date with Mayor Arthur,
presiding and the following council members present; Robert Herrin, Raymond
Anderson, Garland Loudermilk, Mrs. Fred McCleskey, Charles Riggins, and Don
Metsgar.
Director of Finance, Re.x H.. Cates, presented to the council the proposed city
budget for the 1968 -69 fiscal year.
After discussion, amotion was made by Councilman Loudermilk, seconded by Council-
man Riggins that the council tenatively adopt the proposed budget as presented
by the Director of Finance. Motion carried unanimously.
A motion was also made by Councilman Metsgar and seconded by Councilman Loudermilk
that permission be granted to move a log cabin on to the Historical House Museum
property. Motion carried unanimously.
There being no other business at this time
to the Mayor's call.
