City of Stephenville - City Council
MONDAY, JELY 13, 1987 - 5:00 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Stephenville, texas, convened in special session
on July 13, 1987, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 354 N.
Belknap, with the meeting being open to the public and notice of said meeting,
giving the date, time, place and subject thereof, having been posted as prescribed
by Article 6252 -17, Section 3A, V.A.C.S., with the following members present,
to wit:
Larry Hammett
Bob Self §
Wm. G. Brede §
Allen Horne §
Maxine Dameron §
Larry Tatum §
and
Kurt Ackermann
Joyce Pemberton
Charlene Young
Melissa Crim
All Department Heads
Mayor
Council Members
City Administrator
City Secretary
Dir. of Finance
Personnel & Purchasing
ABSENT: Councilmenbers Jim McSwain and Ray Reynolds.
Mayor Hammett called the meeting to order and declared a quorum present.

Mayor Hammett and Councilmembers discussed the 1987 -88 Budget Workbook with the
various Department Heads; to wit:
1. Budget Sumiaries (pages 1 -7)
2. Budget Indicators & Trends (pages 8 -37)
3. Personnel (hand -out)
a. Salary Survey Results
b. Texas Municipal Retirement System
4. Departmental Detail (pages 38 -78)
During discussion of the Departmental Detail, it was the consensus of the Council
to increase the Park Department's General Fund Acct. #1417, Camper Site Rental
Fees, from $8.00 per night to $10.00 per night.
There being no other business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
