OF THE
CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, HELD ON
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 23, 1986 - 3:00 P.M.
A special session of the City Council of the City of Stephenville, Texas, was called
to order by Mayor David Clayton with the following members present:
Mayor: David Clayton Allen Horne
Members: Bob Self Jim McSwain
Larry Hammett Ray Reynolds
Bill Brede Larry Tatum
and with the following member absent: G. A. "Pinkie" Swindle.
Others attending were City AcIninistrator Kurt Ackermann and Planning & Inspections
Coordinator Betty Chew.

Mayor Clayton informed the Council that the Planning & Zoning CmMi.ssion
reca:mends approval of the replat.
Councilman Ray Reynolds moved to approve the replat of Lots 2 and 3a,
Block 63, City Addition, as presented. Councilman Bill Brede seconded the
motion. The motion carried by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmenbers Bob Self, Bill Brede, Allen Horne, Mayor David
Clayton, Jim McSwain, Ray Reynolds, and Larry Tatum.
NOES: None
ABSTAINED: Councilmenber Larry Hammett, conflict of interest.
ITEM II. EXECUTIVE SESSION.
Mayor David Clayton recessed the open portion of the meeting and called
the Council into executive session as provided in the Open Meetings Law,
V.T.C.S., Article 6252 -17, Section 2(f), for the purpose of discussing
the purchase, lease, exchange or value of real property.
Mayor David Clayton reconvened the Council in open session with no action
being taken on matters discussed in executive session.
There being no other business to cane before the Council, Mayor Clayton
adjourned the meeting at 3:50 p.m.
