OF THE
CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, HELD ON
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 1986 - 8:00 A.M.
A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Stephenville, Texas, was called
to order by Mayor David Clayton with the following members present:
Mayor: David Clayton
Members: Bob Self Jim McSwain
Bill Brede Ray Reynolds
Allen Horne Larry Tatum
and with the following members absent: Larry Hammett and G. A. Swindle.
City Administrator Kurt Ackerman, Director of Finance Charlene Young, and Planning &
Inspections Coordinator Betty Chew were also present.
Mayor David Clayton recessed the open meeting and called the City Council into execu-
tive session as provided in the Open Meetings law, V.T.C.S., Article 6252 -17, Section
2(f) for the purpose of discussing the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real
property.
Mayor Clayton reconvened the City Council into open session.
No action was taken on matters discussed in executive session.
There being no other business to cane before the Council, Mayor Clayton adjourned the
meeting at 9:20 a.m.
