OF THE
CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, HELD ON
TUESDAY, MARCH 25, 1986 - 7:00 P.M.
A called meeting of the City Council of the City of Stephenville,
Texas, was called to order by the Mayor with the following members
present:
Mayor: David Clayton
Councilmembers: Bob Self Larry Hammett
James L. McSwain Wm. G. Brede
Ray Reynolds Allen Horne
Larry Tatum
and with the following members absent: G. A. Swindle
City Administrator Kurt Ackermann, Director of Finance Charlene Young,
Planning & Inspections Coordinator Betty Chew, members of the press,
and many others were also present.
ITEM I: PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE PROPOSED 1985 TAX RATE.
Mayor Clayton opened the floor for a public hearing
regarding the proposed 1985 tax rate.
THOSE IN FAVOR OF THE PROPOSED TAX RATE: None
THOSE OPPOSED TO THE PROPOSED TAX RATE: None
There being no one present wishing to address the City
Council concerning the proposed 1985 Tax Rate, Mayor
Clayton closed the public hearing.
Mayor Clayton set April 1, 1986 at 7:00 p.m. in City
Council Chambers as the date, time and place to set the
1985 tax rate.
There being no other business to come before the Council, Mayor
Clayton adjourned the meeting at 7:10 p.m.
