City of Stephenville - City Council
MONDAY, MAY 24, 1993 - 5:30 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Stephenville, Texas, convened in special session
on May 24, 1993 at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 354 N.
Belknap, with the meeting being open to the public and notice of said meeting,
giving the date, time, place and subject thereof, having been posted as
prescribed by Article 6252 -17, Section 3A, V.T.C.S., with the following members
present, to wit:
Mayor: Lavinia Lohrmann
Mayor Pro Tem: Scott Evans
Councilmembers: Alan Nix
Donald L. Zelman
Sam Taylor II
John Wooley
William F. (Bill) Johnson
Dan Collins
Bill Bailey
Absent: None
Others Attending: Don Davis, City Administrator
Joyce Pemberton, City Secretary
Randy Thomas, City Attorney
I. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lavinia Lohrmann called the meeting to order and
declared a quorum present.

Councilman Evans made the motion, seconded by Councilman Johnson, to pass
and adopt Ordinance No. 1993 -15; AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE PUBLICATION
OF NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ISSUE REVENUE BONDS. The motion carried
UNANIMOUSLY.
Mayor Lohrmann adjourned the meeting and the Council convened in a work seesion
for the mid -year budget review.

ORDINANCE NO. 1993 -15
AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ISSUE REVENUE
BONDS.
WHEREAS, the City deems it advisable to give notice of intention to issue reve-
nue bonds in the amount of not to exceed $7,680,000 for the purpose of refunding
the outstanding City of Stephenville, Texas Utility System Subordinate Lien
Revenue Bonds, Series 1993 -A and paying, in whole or in part, costs of improving
and extending the City's Wastewater System, and for professional services for
legal, fiscal and engineering fees for this project; and
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS:
I. That attached hereto as Exhibit A is a form of the Notice of Intention to
