AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT (R-1) AND MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R-3) TO RETAIL AND COMMERCIAL
BUSINESS DISTRICT(B-2)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,
TEXAS,THAT:
All that lot,tract or parcel of land legally described as follows:
Being Lot 22, Block 35 and Lot 38, Block 35 of the South Side Addition of the City of Stephenville,
Erath County,Texas
is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of Single Family
Residential District (R-1) and Multiple Family Residential District (R-3)to Retail And Commercial Business
District (B-2), in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Stephenville.
