July 6, 1943.
The City Council of the City of Stephenville, Texas, mot in
regular session on the above date with Tayor J. Clements pre-
siding and the following; aldo'rrien present: Dan Lane, T. R. bore,'
I?eGcie Jones, T. G Fun]-, C. ilartin, S, L, i'icha-rdson, Bra s
Cole, and C. A. YcDonald.
'.--inutes of previous meetings were read and. ap_proved.
It was moved by C. 2. i:artin, seconded by S. E. i�ichardson,
that the bid of ;2.00 per year be accepted from the Stephenville
State Bank as City Depository for the ensuing year. lotion carried.

pool until further notice and that tl_e hands be -retained at present
salary. I::otion carried.
It was :Moved b; S. . iichardson, seconded by Dan Lane, that
the Council pass a resolution authorizing the L. yor to execute a
quitclaim deed to Paul hale on Lots 3 L 4, Mock 11, Clifton
t=eiClhts Lddition to the City of Stephenville. i.=otion carried.
BE IT aESOLVED: That the ayor execute a quitclaLm deed to
Paul Bale conveying the title of the City to the folloti'ring lots:
bein& Lots 3 & 4, Blocl: 11, Clifton heiL;hts 'addition to the City
of Stephenville, Texas, for the sum of 45,00, to be delivered to
the said Paul Bale by the City Secretary upon payment to him of
phe purchase price.
