EQUALIZATION BOARD:
On this, the ]/-4' day of June, D., 1943, the City Coun -
cil of the City of Stephenville, Texas, met in a regular meeting,

and said z ve named constituted a majority and a quota.;, of the
present City Council, and the meeting was called to order by the
Yayor, and thereupon the following proceedings were had:

be ,.pointed as members of the Equalization Board of the City of
Stephenville, with alternates
for the year 1943, ,and the ques-
tion being called for, a vote eras taken and the said above named
parties ,;-re unanimously elected by said City Council as niciabers
of said Board of Equalization, and thereupon Alderman C..
t moved that the following Ordinance be enacted
by the City Council of the City of Stephenville, to -wit:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILXZ,
TEXAS:
Sec, 1. That the Board of Equalization, heretofore on this
.day appointed by the City Council of the City of Stephenville,
proceed to perform their duties according to law, and the date of!'',
!the first meeting of said Board of Equalization is hereby fixed
on the Ca — days of D., 1943,

Sec. �. That said Board may have such other meetings e.s are

The motion to pass said ordinance was seconded by Alderian

called for, and a vote was taken, and the foregoing ordinance was ;'i

unanimously passed by said City Council, all Aldermen present
voting in favor of said ordinance.
