The City Council of the City of Stephenville, Texas, met in
regular session on October 6, 1942, with Mayor J. W. Clements
presiding and the following aldermen present: Dan Lane, T. R.
Moore, C. E. Martin, Fred McCleskey, Bras Cole, Reecie Jones,
Leonard Fenner and Co A. MoDonald. ,
