Complying with the provisions of H.B. 258, Acts of the 45th. Legisla-
ture, Regular Session, 19379 we wish to advise that:
1. The Stephenville fire department of
Texas, hold a meeting on October E8s

of the department, decided to participate in the provisions of the above
Act. 19 members of the total of 28 members were present.
2. Also by a vote of this department, it was decided to pay into the Fire-
men's Relief and Retirement Fund of this city, until further advised as
followat
a. Paid firemen, or part paid firemen receiving a salary of more
than $50.00 per month as a fireman, __% of their salary.
b. Volunteer firemen, or part paid firemen receiving $50.00 or
leas per month as a fireman, $ 3.00 per year, to be paid
semi-annually.
