City Council of the City of Stephenville, being in regular
session, with a quorum present, there cane on to be heard
and considered by the Council the Application of A. V.
Roberson for permission to sell, transfer and assign his
permit and franchise for the operation of a bus line within
the corporate limits of the City of Stephenville; and after
due consideration and discussion of said application by the
City Council, action was taken upon said application.
It was moved by Alderman oC
and seconded by Alderman rf
that said application be granted, and that the said A. V.
Koberson be authorized to bargain, sell, assign and trans-
fer this permit and franchise to A. C. 'aobbins. The quest-
ion be called for, was put to a vote and carried unanimously.
Said application is therefor granted, and A. V.
Roberson is hereby authorized to bargain, sell, assign and
transfer said permit and franchise to A. C. Hobbins, and
after such transfer and assignment is made the said A. C.
Robbins will be recognized as the owner and holder of said
permit and franchise as fully and to the sane extent as was
A. V. loberson.

The Applicant, A. V. Roberson, is now the o,,mer
of a Hermit and franchise for the operation of the bus line
within the corporate limits of the City of 3te_;henville,
which ne_rmit was granted originally bir this body to .j. D.
Snow. The application, notice, hearing and franchise is
set out in rook D. at page 286 of the .7inutes of this
Council and are referred to and made a part hereof. There-
after, on the 5th day of April, 1932 this Council authorized
the purchase, transfer and franchise by J. D. Show to Fred
.jinn, and on the 4th day of June, 1;35, this Council author-
ized the purchase, transfer and assignment of this permit
and franchise by Fred .jinn to A. V. [iAberson.
The Applicant, A. V. Roberson, heresy makes
application for permission of this Honorable Council to
transfer and assign said permit and franchise to A. C. _tobbins
of ate;phenville, 'Texas, who is purchasing said bus line from
the applicant.

The Applicant, A. C. Robbins, has become the o,,,mer
of the permit and franchise to operate a bus line within
the corporate limits of the City of Stephenville, which was
oriTinall7- granted by this Council to J. D. :Show, as shovm
by the application, notice, hearing and franchise in Look
D at page 286 of the=sinutes of this body, which are referred
to for all purposes. On the 5th da7r of April, 1932, this
Council authorized the purchase, transfer and assignment
of said permit and franchise by d. D. Show to Fred Jinn.
Cn the 4th day of June, 1935 this body authorized the pur-
chase, transfer and assignment of said permit and franchise
from -red .Finn to A. V. 1oberson. On the _day of
1941, this Council authorized the pure'-.ase,
transfer and assignment of this permit and franchise by
A. V. _ioberson to A. r. :bobbins, the Applicant.
Application is hereby made for permission of this
Honorable Council to mortgage, pledge and transfer said
permit and franchise to fount Taylor of Stephenville, 'exas,
as security for a loan of money evidenced b,�* a note, executed
by A. C. '6obbins to Fount Ta?-1or on the Hth da.r of August,
1941.
