Dear Sir:
After due consideration of the rendition of taxes by Mrs.
Bamah Young on Lots 14 and 15, Block 19, City Addition, we, the
Finance Committee have agreed to reduce the value of this rendi-
tion to $4,000.00 for all delinquent years.
This letter is your authority to collect all delinquent taxet
at the above value, plus all interest, penalty, and cost.
