EQUALIZATION BOARD
On this, the 1Jr day of , A. D., 1941, the Cit
Council of the City of Stephenvil e, Texas, met in a regular
meeting, with the following members present: qw ��.�,_ zt
and said above named constituted a majority and a quorum of the
present City Council, and the meeting was called to order by the
Mayor, and thereupon the following proceedings were had: V

It was moved by Alderman , seconded by

be appointed as members of the Equalization Board of the City of
Stephenville, with alternates
and , for the year 1941, and the question
being called for, a vote was taken and the said above named par-
ties were unanimously elected by said City Council as members of
said Board of Equalization, and thereupon Alderman d. 04 gvwIf-I
moved that the following Ordinance be enacted by the City C
of the City of Stephenville, to -wit:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHEN-
VILLE, TEXAS:
Sec. 1. That the Board of Equalization, heretofore on this '!
day appointed by the City* Council of the City of Stephenville,
proceed to perform their duties according to law, and the date ofl
J the first meeting of said Board of Equalization is hereby fixed

on the days of , A. D., 1941, at jl
which time said Board of Equalization shall hold its first meeting
in the City Hall in the City of Stephenville, Texas.

Sec. 2. That said Board may have such other meetings as are,;
.provided by law and as may be required to lawfully perform their
'':duties as such board. j
Sec. 3. That this ordinance be in effect from and after its
passage.
The motion to pass said ordinance was seconded by Alderman

was called for, and a vote was taken, and the foregoing ordinance(
was unanimously passed by said City Council, all Aldermen present:
