,'e have a letter of ap_rroval of the
Plans and Specifications for the Step_enville "Ater
Softening Plant by the State Board of Health and
propose to advertise the project for bids this week.
'?e have sent individual notices to those
bidders that we know are interested.
-.e will run the advertisement in the Texas
Contractor issues of April 2 and April 9, and propose
to receive the bids on April 18.
This project should also be advertised in
the Stephenville paper. 'lie suggest that you contact the
City Attorney and run the advertisement in accordance
with his recommendation. Two copies of the notice are
enclosed, one of which may be put in your files and the
other given to the publisher of the paper.
