ORDER FOR AN ELECTION
STATE OF TEXAS:
COUNTY OF ERATH:
CITY OF STEPHENVILLE:
On this the day of , A. D., 1941, the Cit
Council of the City of Stepnerivilie, Erath Co., Texas, convened 1
regular session at the City Hall in Stephenville, Texas, same
being the regular meeting place thereof, with the following membe
present, to -wit:
Among other business had by the City Council was the follow-
ing:.

man , at an election be ordered held on
the f r es ay n pr1i,-1941, (same being the lst day of Apri
1941) for the purpose of electing four Aldermen to serve a term o
two years each, as follows: One Alderman in 7+ard No. 1; One Alde
man in Ward No. 2; One Alderman in Ydard No. 3; and One Alderman 1
','card No. 4.
Said election to be held in the manner and form as prescribed

by the laws of the State of Texas. Vote on the above motion was
called for and carried by unanimous vote.
no further business to come before the Council,
and duly seconded to adjourn in an adjourned
subject to the Mayor's call.
