AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING RANDY THOMAS, CITY ATTORNEY, TO FILE
PROCEEDINGS TO CONDEMN AND ACQUIRE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
STEPHENVILLE AN EASEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION AND
^ MAINTENANCE OF A SANITARY SEWER LINE ON AND ACROSS LOT 6, BLOCK
1 121 OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE IN ERATH COUNTY, TEXAS, AND TO
ACQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
CONTIGUOUS TO THE PERMANENT EASEMENT AGAINST PEARL PARKER, THE
OWNER OF SAID LAND, AND TO PROSECUTE SAID CONDEMNATION
PROCEEDINGS IN THE MANNER PRESCRIBED BY LAW.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE:
The City of Stephenville requiring an easement for public
purposes and having failed to agree with the owner upon the
damages and consideration to be paid and given to PEARL PARKER,
the owner, for easement for sanitary sewer line on the
following described land:
Attached hereto as EXHIBIT "A"
RANDY THOMAS, City Attorney, is hereby authorized on
behalf of the City of Stephenville to file proceedings to
condemn the above described land for purposes of such easement
and to acquire an additional temporary construction easement
contiguous to the permanent easement such suit to be against
Pearl Parker, owner of said land and to prosecute condemnation
proceeding in the manner prescribed by law.

EXHIBIT A
SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
PARCEL NO. 21
DESCRIPTION
BEING all that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Lot 6, Block 121, City of
Stephenville, Texas, according to K ug's 1956 Map of the City of Stephenville, recorded in
Volume 381, Page 105 of the Deed Records of Erath County, Texas, said lot being described
in deed to Pearl Parker, recorded in Volume 59, Page 541 of the Deed Records of Erath
^ County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows:
/ BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of South Race Avenue on the northwesterly line
of Block 1.21, being N 60°00'00" E, 67.0 feet from the original northwest corner of Block 121;
THENCE N 60000'00" E, with the northwesterly line of said Block, 20.0 feet to a point for
corner;
THENCE S 30000'00" E, 150.00 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE S 60000'00" W, 1.5.35 feet to a point for corner on the Easterly line of South Race
Avenue;
THENCE N 31046'34" W, with easterly line, 150.07 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
and containing 2,651 square feet or 0.061 acres of land, more or less.
Accompanying the above described sanitary sewer easement is a 5 foot wide Temporary
Construction Easement being parallel and contiguous to the northeasterly side of the above
described Sanitary Sewer Easement.
