MUNICIPAL WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Stephenville informs E.P.A. Region
6 that the following actions were taken by the Stephenville City
Council.
1. Reviewed the Municipal Water Pollution Prevention
Environmental Audit Report which is attached to this
resolution.
2. Set forth the following actions necessary to maintain permit
requirements contained in the NPDES Permit number TX0024228.
a. Awarded bid for construction of Northeast Area
Interceptor Sewer Main on December 1, 1992. Construction
is scheduled to begin in February, 1993.
b. Expansion and upgrade of Wastewater Treatment Plant is
scheduled to begin in 1993.
PASSED AND APPROVED by a unanimous vote of the Stephenville City
Council on December 16, 1992.
