City Council of the City of Stephenville,& municipal corporation,&
quorum Qf the board of Aldermen being present and voting,or the proper
motion being made and seconded the following resolution passed malrod
and ordorod spread upon the minutos,to wits.

On the application of W.P.Anderson,for A quit-olaim deed to the
{property known as old Lot Po.l in Block No,4 of the College Hill
Addition,in the City of Stophonville,in Brath Oounty,Texas,beint
fall the property described in and conveyed to the City of Stephen-
-villo by the Tax Deed dated Ootvilth,1915 and r000rdsd in Vol,.130 pa r 4$g,
of deed records of Erath County,Toxas,
RESOLVLD that when said W.P,Andorson has paid,ar caused to be paid,
all toxx,eea due and owing to the City of St*phonville,on said property
for theh years 1927 to 1939,irolusivo,then and in that event Hon,J.W,,
Cloments,as Mayor of,and in the name of the Oity'of Stophonvillepbo and
he is hereby authorized and derooted to execute and deliver to said
W'•P.Andoreon,a good and sufflcent quit -claim deed og

to said W.PdAndorson,his heirs or assigns.
IT IS FIRThLH RESOLVED that on payment of the taxes for the years
1921i to 1939 inclusive above montidnedpthat the Tax Collector of the
City of Stophonvillo,issued the propory reoei�t for such taxes,to the
pays* thoroof,and transfer to said payee the tax lion.that the City
of Stephenville holds upon said property.
