Dear Sir: We. the Finance Committee of
the City Council of The City of Stephenville after
having given the rendition of Mrs VT S Lancaster
on the :vest part of Block No. 2 Sloan Birst Addition
of the City of Stephenville due consideration, after
which we have placed a value of $100.00 on this
property and you may consider this letter your auth-
ority to cancel all delinqent taxes and re -assess
and collect taxes for the same years at the above
value pluss all interest, penalty and costs.
Also adjust the 1939 taxes to the same value.
