After due consideration of the property rendered by Pete
Mayberry, known as lots 9 to 13, Block 56, City Addition to
Stephenville, we, the Finance Committee of the City Council,
have reduced the value of this property to 0175,00 for all years
that are now delinquent.
This letter is your authority to collect these taxes as
above set out, plus all interest, penalty and cost.
