Dear Sir:In regard to delinquent
taxes agsinat the North 70 feet of Lot No.
4 Block No.5 Buttler Addition of the City
of Stephenville will say that we find that
the house burned off this property some
fifteen years ago and the lot is of very
little value, therefore this letter is your
authority to reassess this property at a
value of `,'50.00 for all years which are
delinquent and issue receipts for payment
in full.
