We, the Finance Committee of the City Council of the City of
Stephenville, have examined the City Tax Rolls in regard to the
assessed value on Lot No. 5, Block No. 3, College Heights Addition,'
to the City of Stephenville, now owned by Dr. J. J. Mulloy. It is,
our opinion that this property has been assessed for the years
1926, 1927, 1928, 1929, 1931, 1932, 1933, 1934 and 1935, at an
excessive value, therefore, we are placing a value of $1800.00 on
this property for the above mentioned years.
Also on Lots 7 & S. Block 13, Shappard & Collins Addition to :!
the City of Stephenville, we are placing a value of $1250.00 for
the years 1931 and 1932.
This letter is your authority to collect taxes as above men-
tioned, plus all interest, penalty and cost, provided these taxes
are paid within thirty days.

1 & 2, Block 18, City Addition of Stephenville, this letter is
;your authority to place a value of t2000.00 on this real estate,
plus all personal property, for all years which are past due, and
accept payment in full 'plus all interest, penalty and costs.
