Dear Mr. Davis:
You are hereby authorized and directed to collect all taxes
due to the City of Stephenville.

N. and S. out of the N. E. Cor, of Block 57 of College View
Addition, owned by Mrs. E. J. Hutchinson, and to issue: to
her a tax receipt in full for all taxes due on the lot of
land above described out of the N. E. Coro of the remainder
of said Block, and to apply any other sum which she may pay
on the balance of said Block 57.
Issued and given under our hands this 25th day of April
1935.
