Dear Sir: By an agreement between the
Finance Committee of the City Council and the
A.F & A.M. Lodge in the matter of taxes due the
City of Stephenville on Lot No. 2 Block No. 24
City Addition of the City of Stephenville, this
letter is your authority to accept payment in
full of all taxes due by the A.F & A.M. Lodge
at a value of 61,000.00 pluss all interest,
penalty and costs.
