The City Council met in regular session on the above date with Mayor Clark and the following aldermen present: K. D. Hamilton, T. T. Oliver, Jack Henderson, Chas. Neblett Jr., Geo. Minter and H. D. Barham. Mr. Read, representative of Pomona Pump Co., came before the Council explainAng the new features of the Pomona Pump, also a discussion was had in regard to improvement of wells at City Wate3 Plant. Nothing definite being done in reggrd to the matter. An ordinance requiring each family living in separate resi to pay water bill, after which motion was made by Chas. Neblett seconded by T. T. Oliver, that the above mentioned ordinance be passed. Motion carried. Renewal of oil lease on the dump ground was read, and a mot by George Minter, seconded by H. D. Barham, that said lease ed. The motion carried. Bonds of Policemen W. P. Henson and Oran McMains were read on motion by K. D. Hamilton, seconded by Jack Henderson, were pted and approved. Bills and accounts were read and on motion by George Minter, nded by T. T. Oliver, were allowed and ordered paid, after h the Council stood adjourned in an adjourned regular meeting set to the Mayor's call. �44 1/ TTEST JI /L[ i Secretary. yor. Holcomb of Ward No. 2 was presented, er which motion was made by Neblett, seconded by Oliver, that d resignation be accepted. Motion carried. There being no further business, the Council stood adjourned ject to the Mayor's call. Mayor. Secretary.
