AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING EACH RESIDENCE USING WATER FROM THE
CITY WATER MAINS TO BE CONNECTED DIRECTLY WITH SUCH MAINS AND TO
PAY FOR THE USE OF SUCH WATER A CHARGE BASED ON THE AMOUNT USED
AS MEASURED BY A METER INSTALLED WITH SUCH CONNECTION OR IF THERE,
BE NO METER SO INSTALLED, A CHARGE BASED ON THE MINIMUM RATE FOR
RESIDENCES AND DENYING THE USE OF WATER FROM THE CITY WATER MAINS'!
TO THOSE VIOLATING THE TERMS OF THIS ORDINANCE.
