AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING EACH RESIDENCE USING WATER FROM THE
CITY WATER MAINS TO BE CONNECTED DIRECTLY WITH SUCH MAINS AND TO '!
PAY FOR THE USE OF SUCH WATER A CHARGE BASED ON THE AMOUNT USED
AS MEASURED BY A METER INSTALLED WITH SUCH CONNECTION OR IF THERE,'.
BE NO METER SO INSTALLED, A CHARGE BASED ON THE MINIMUM RATE FOR _'
RESIDENCES AND DENYING THE USE OF WATER FROM THE CITY WATER MAINS'.
TO THOSE VIOLATING THE TERMS OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHEN-

SECTION 2.
The owner or occupant of any residence in the city who, eithlr
