August 16, 1938.
The City Council met in a called session on the above date
for the purpose of hearing Mr. Adams explain the N. Y. A. project
at the City Park.
Members present: Mayor Clark, Reid Bassel, Chas. Neblett Jr
H. D. Barham, K. D. Hamilton, J. C. Holcomb, Jack Henderson, and
T. T. Oliver.
On motion by Neblett, seconded by Holcomb, that Mr. Adams
ork up such projects as building Stadium, leveling up grounds, a:

A motion by Neblett, seconded by Bassel, that City Council
ive finance committee authority to hire lawyer to collect delin-
uent city taxes. Motion carried.
Motion by Hamilton, seconded by Oliver, that Chief of Police
be instructed to enforce parallel and 15 minute parking on all
streets on the square and one block each way. Motion carried.
There being nothing further at this time, the Council stood
ourned, subject to the call of the M yor.
