Stephenville, Texas.
On this, the _day of ellz r P , A. D., 1958s the
City Council of the City of Stephenville,. Texas, met in a -regular
meeting, with the following members present:
and said above named constituted a majority and a quorum of the
present City Council, and the meeting was called to order by the
Mayor, and thereupon the following proceedings were had:
It was moved by Alderman Cee,/�/i/ seconded by

gas members of the Equalization Board of the City of Stephenville,

galled for, a vote was taken and the said above named parties were
unanimously elected by said City Council as members of said Board
of Equalization, and thereupon Alderman moved
that the following Ordinance be enacted by the City Council of the:;
City of Stephenville, to -wit:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVITJ
TEXAS:
Sec. 1. That the Board of Equalization, heretofore on this
"day appointed by the City Council of the City of Stephenville, prdlo
/^ geed to perform their duties according to law, and the date of thei
first meeting of said Board of Equalization is hereby fixed on the,
�� ,'- / Z days of A. D., 19580 at
time said Board of Equalization shall hold its first mee
the City Hall in the City of Stephenville, Texas.
See. 2. That said Board may have such other meetings as are
,provided by law and as may be required to lawfully perform their
:duties as such board.
Sec. 3. That this ordinance be in effect from and after its
;'passage.
The motion to pass said ordinance was seconded by Alderman
and after its discussion the question
!was called for, and a vote was taken, and the foregoing ordinance
!was unanimously passed by said City Council, all Aldermen present
i',voting in favor of said ordinance.
