of the City of ep enville, ra ounty,Texas, convened in
:regular session at the City Hall in Stephenville, Texas, same
'!being the regular meeting place thereof, with the following

man �y�, that an election be ordered held on tars
,firsi Tuesday n pri1,1938, (same being the 5th day of.April,
1938) for the purpose of electing four Aldermen and a Mayor. -to
'serve a term of two years each, as follows: One Alderman in
'Ward No. 1; One Alderman in Ward No. 2; One Alderman in Ward No.
3; and One Alderman in Ward No. 4. (Also any other vacancies
;that might appear at this date).
Said election to be held in the manner and form as preseribod by
;.the laws of the State of Texas. Vote on the above motion was
called for and carried by unanimous vote.
There being no further business
