Statubesof Texas, has re4aested the Railroad Commission of Texas
to exercise concurrent orihiaal jurisdiction in fixin6 the rata
and the charbas in the City of Stephenville, Texas, for natural
Gas furnished to said city by the Soutnwestern Natural Gus Company,
the local distributors, and such other companies and ivaivicuais
that may be hffacted by such rates.
Be it further resoivea, that the Railroad Caalaission of Texas
is hereby requested to furnish it endinaers and auditors for the
purpose of :akins such investibations, aryrai4`mant, ana other nec-
essary work in connection tnarewith to enable the eoverninb body
of the City of Step.,envilie to fix proper ana fair has rates to be
charged the consumer therein.
Be it furtiier resolved, that the City Commis.ion of the City of
Stephenvilie, Texas hereby pleubas its assistance ana cooperation
witn the a6ent; enbineers, ana auditors of the Railroaa Commission
of Texas in every way possibla to accumpltsh the aesirau resuit of
fixing ;air and )roper sas rates in the City of Steimenvilia, Texas.
