(Alder;e`4 of the City of S ephenville,a mmnicipal corporation,held
at the City Hall in said City,the Mayor and a quorum of the Board
of Alderman being present and participating,came on for consideration
the applioation of W.B.Hale for an exohange of a certain 23-1/3 feet
wide stripX of land owns ,�/yy said Hale for an alley 10 feet wide,and on
motion of Alderman 2 �1�$seconded by Alderman

of the Mayor,a quorum of the Board
of AldermoA being present and voting,the following res^lution was
passed an.: voted and ordered spread upon the minutes of the Council#

RESOLVED that it app--acing that it will be to the advantage and
bene/i'it of the Gity and tLe property owners adjacent tq the
premises,
114ERisFORE it is ordained and resolved that Henry Clerk,Mayor of
and in the name of The City of Stephenville,make,e%ozi" exeoute,
acknowlesge and deliver to W.B.H&)A#aa good and sufficient deed
conveying to said W.B.Bale,the following described parcel of land,
heretofore known as the 'Alley lying between Blo:ks Nos 1 and 2 of the
College Hill Addition,in the City of Stephenvill ,in Erath County,
texas,as mh.x n by Shepard's Map thereof recorded in Vo1.52 page 425,
deed records of Erath Gounty,l'exas,and' hereby described as followas
Beginning at the S.W-Gorner of 84eek Noel of sail Addition,in north
line of McNeill Street: thence 11.30 W-340-1/2 feet to N.W.Corner of
said Block Noel: Thence 5.80 W.54 feet to N-E.Cor-of the new 23-1/2
foot wide Street deeded by W.B.Hals to the City: Thence S.30 E.10
