Dear Sir: Vie the Finance Committee of the
City Council of Stephenville, Texas, after examination
of the City Tax Rolle are of the opinion that East
half of Lots No. 5-6 Block No 64 City Addition now
owned by Mrs Willis Higginbotham also West half of
Lots 5-6 Block No. 64 City Addition owned by Mrs
Higginbotham; were over assessed for the years 1930-
1931-1932-dia.1933, therefore this letter is your
authority to collect taxes on Ej Lots 5-6 Blk. 64
at $30t00 per year pluss all interest, penalty and
cost, also to collect taxes on WV' Lots 5-6 Blk. 64
at a value of $1000.00 per year pluss interest,
penalty and cost.
