The City Council of the City of Stephenville, Texas
met in regular session on 6/14/37, there being a quorum
present the meeting was called to order by Mayor Henry
Clark, after discussion of the matter of building Recreation
Building and Swimming cool, motion was m^-dP and duly seconded
and unanimously carried authorizing Myatt C. Hedrick, Architect„,
Ft.""orth,Texas, to refile with the Public 'Xorks Administration
application on the basis of •35,000.00 represent6d by bonds
previously voted by the City of Stephenville and supplfimented
by w3,000.00 in cash from City funds for the erection of a
Recreation Building and Swimming Pool, together vrith the necessary
eouipment. This application to be based on proposed grant as
outlined in application form No. 218 revised April 1937, -.,herein
the Government, under certain conditions, will allow the owner I'
the full amount of relief labor lased on such project plus a grant
of 15% on such labor. The motion was put before the body and
declared by the Layer to be duly carried.
There being no futher business the Council
stood adjourned in an adjourned regular meeting subject to
the mayors call.
