merchandise sold to retailers.
SECTIUO .XXIII.-- Hereafter, it shall be unlawful for any
itinerant peddler or transient vendor of goods, wares merchandise,
photo raphs, picutres, tickets, coupons, or 6-ther pooh or services
to elver upon the premises of any citizen of the City of Stephen-
ville for the purpose of selling hint goads or services without
first securing the license provided for herein and any person who
violates this section shall be guilty of a. misdemeanor, and upon
conviction shall be fined in any sum not exceeding One Hundred
Dollars.
SECTION XXIV.-- If any part or section of this ordinance
shall be hald invalid or unconstitutional by any court, such hold-
ing shall not invalidate any other section of this ordinance.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE STH DAY OF APRIL, 1937.
