ORDER FOR AN ELECTION.
State of Texas;
County of Erath;
City of Stephenville;

City Council of e y of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas,
convened in regular session at the City Hall in Stephenville..
Texas, same being the regular meeting place thereof, with the
following members present,to-wit:

on the fire Tuesday in April. 1937, (same being the 6th day of
April, 193N) for the purpose of electing four Councilmen, to
serve a term of two years each, as follows: One Councilman in
Ward No. 1; One councilman in Ward No. 2; One Councilman in Ward
No. 3; and One Councilman in Ward No. 4. (And any other vacancies,,
that might appear at this date).
Said election to be held in the manner and form as prescribed
Lby the laws of the State of Texas. Vote on the above motion was
�-aalled for and carried by unanimous vote.

There being no further business to come before the Council,
motion was made and duly seconded to adjourn, in an adjourned
regular meeting, subject to the Mayor's call. Motion carried.

who being by me duly sworn on his oath says that he did
post a true and correct copy of the above notice at the
three public places in the City of Stephenville as follows,
one notice at th,ity Hall, one notice at the County Court
house and one not ee at corner of Graham & College Streets.
