AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF "B-2" RETAIL
AND COMMERCIAL BUSINESS DISTRICT TO "R-3" MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land legally described as follows:
Being approximately a 5.56 acres tract of land out of the John B. Dupuy Survey A-0196, City of
Stephenville, Erath County, Texas, located at 1381 South Hwy 108; 1491 South Hwy 108; and
1000, 1010, 1062, 1146, and 1198 Old Hico Rd
And it is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of "B-2" Retail and
Commercial Business District To "R-3" Multiple -Family Residential District in accordance with the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 101" day of October, 2017.
