AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF "I"
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO "R-3" MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land legally described as follows:
Being lot 3-N, block 10 of the Shapard and Collins Addition to the City of Stephenville, Erath
County, Texas,
And it is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of "I" Industrial
District to "R-3" Multiple -Family Residential District in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 101" day of October, 2017.
