AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION III OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF STEPHENVILLE BY INCLUDING DEFINITIONS FOR FAMILY HOME AND
DISABLED PERSON.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE:
That Section III of the Zoning Ordinance shall be amended to
include the following definitions:
SECTION ONE
Family Home - A dwelling for not more that six disabled
persons, regardless of their legal relationship
to one another, and no more than two
supervisory personnel which reside in the home
at the same time and provide to the disabled
residents the following services:
food and shelter;
personal guidance;
care;
habilitation
supervision.

SECTION TWO
Disabled Person - A person who has a physical or mental impair-
ment or both, that substantially limits one or
more major life activities, excluding persons
disabled by drug and/or alcohol abuse.
