AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS V-II-A, VI -II -A, AND VII-II-A OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE:
SECTION ONE
1 That the R-1 "Single -Family Dwelling District," Section V-II-A of
the City of Stephenville Zoning Ordinance be amended by adding the
classification of "Family Home" as a Primary Use.
SECTION TWO
That the R-2 "One -Four Family Dwelling District," Section VI -II -A
of the City of Stephenville Zoning Ordinance be amended by adding
the classification of "Family Home" as a Primary Use.
SECTION THREE
That the R-3 "Multiple -Family Residential District," Section VII-
II-A of the City of Stephenville Zoning Ordinance be amended by
adding the classification of "Family Home" as a Primary Use.
