AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS IX-II-B AND XII-II-B OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE.
SECTION ONE
That the B-2 "Secondary and Highway Business District", Section IX-
II-B of the City of Stephenville Zoning Ordinance be amended by
adding the classification of "Day Care Center" as a Conditional
Use.
SECTION TWO
That the I "Industrial District," Section XII-II-B of the City of
Stephenville Zoning Ordinance be amended by adding the
classifications of "Day Care Center" as a Conditional Use.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7th day of April, 1992.
