HomeMy WebLinkAbout1992-O-03 - Amend Zoning Ordinance XIII of Section VIII, IX, X and XIIkilk NO. 1992-03 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION XIII OF SECTIONS VIII, IX, X, AND XII OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE CHANGING SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR MINI -WAREHOUSE DEVELOPMENT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE: That Subsection XIII of Sections VIII, IX, X, and XII of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Stephenville be amended and changed to read as follows: XIII. MINI -WAREHOUSE RESTRICTION A. NUMBER OF UNITS DETERMINED BY LOT SIZE. B. SETBACKS: Front Yard: There shall be a front yard along the front line of the lot. The minimum depth of such yard shall be twenty (20') feet. Side Yard: All lots must have a side yard setback of not less than five (51) feet if the buildings face inward. For building the intersecting street must not be less than twenty (20') feet. All lots must have a side yard setback of not less than twenty-five (25') feet if the buildings face the perimeter. C.
