RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
WHEREAS, the Stephenville High School Theatre Team won the Class 4A State Title on April 14,
2017, and
WHEREAS, these students made history by achieving this recognition as the first 4A Conference UIL
State Champion Theatre Team; and
WHEREAS, the accomplishments of this team required determination, sacrifice, skill, and dedication
as well as their creative, artistic, and technical talents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the efforts and achievements of the Stephenville High
School Theatre Team are hereby recognized and applauded, and we, the undersigned Mayor and City Council
Members, on behalf of all citizens of the City of Stephenville express our admiration and gratitude to these
team members and also to Coach Emily McLemore and Coach Mindy Pope.
