AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF L "Industrial District" to I "Industrial District/Manufactured
Housing District".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE.CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS:
That certain land in the City of Stephenville being 1 acre, William Sims Survey,
Abstract 683, Erath County, Texas, known as 615 Lower Granbury Road.
and it is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of I
"Industrial District" to VMH "Industrial District/Manufactured Housing District", in accordance
with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the first day of December, 1998.
