AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF B-2 "SECONDARY AND HIGHWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT" TO B-
4 "PRIVATE CLUB DISTRICT".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS:
All that Lot, Tract, or parcel of land in the City of Stephenville being Pt. Lot 5, 8; Block
32; South side Addition, City of Stephenville, Erath County, Texas.
And it is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of B-2
"Secondaryand Highway Business District" to "Private Club District', in accordance with
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the second day of June, 1998.
